Applying change management frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams are essential.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's/Post Graduation Diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Human Resources, or Psychology. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in transformational change, cultural change, or ERP implementations is required. Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital and operating model changes, is highly beneficial.

Strong proficiency in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to manage workstreams independently, deliver high-quality client-ready outputs, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with AI and data-driven approaches to change management is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are also expected.
