Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Consultant in our Organizational Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving change management initiatives for a variety of projects, including technology implementations (ERP, AI, RPA), cultural shifts, and merger & acquisition activities.

As a Consultant, you will independently manage and deliver key change management workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs are met within deadlines and align with client objectives and strategic guidance. Your role involves executing diverse change activities such as stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, developing communication plans, and tracking adoption.

Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, supporting solution development for business, technology, and cultural challenges, and maintaining project trackers and dashboards. You will also apply change management methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to internal practice development. Proactive risk identification and management are essential.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like Business, Economics, HR, Psychology, Sociology, or Organization Development. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in transformational, cultural, or ERP implementation projects is required.

Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, including technology and digital transformations, is crucial. A strong grasp of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training development is necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
