We are seeking a Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in Transformational Change, Cultural Change, or ERP implementation.

Essential qualifications include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, HR, psychology, sociology, or a related field. - Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, such as technology, digital, operating model, or M&A integration programs. - A strong understanding of change management principles, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication planning, and adoption strategies. - Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver client-ready results within deadlines. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
