- Lead and deliver specific change management components, ensuring timely execution and superior quality aligned with client expectations. - Implement diverse change activities including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, readiness assessments, communication plans, and adoption tracking. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues, supporting the achievement of project milestones. - Develop practical solutions for complex business, technology, and cultural challenges. - Create and maintain trackers and dashboards, utilizing data analysis to support informed decision-making. - Apply established change management methodologies and frameworks effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, integrated project delivery. - Develop consistent and clear change communication materials tailored for various stakeholder groups. - Contribute to internal knowledge development and capability enhancement initiatives.

- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, HR, Psychology, Sociology, Organization Development, or a related field. - Have 2-4 years of relevant experience in Transformational Change, Cultural Change, or ERP implementation. - Demonstrate experience supporting enterprise-wide transformations, including technology, digital, operating model, process, culture, and M&A integration. - Exhibit a strong grasp of change management principles, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication strategies, training, and adoption. - Proven ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver high-quality client deliverables on schedule. - Possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools, with strong analytical and content development skills. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities are essential.
