As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in client delivery, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in change management to ensure execution excellence. This includes reviewing frameworks, processes, and deliverables to meet risk, quality, and delivery standards. You will mentor team members, develop and refine change management strategies aligned with organizational culture, and manage client relationships to foster growth. Furthermore, you will contribute to thought leadership by developing research and collaborating globally to position Deloitte's capabilities effectively in the Indian market.
Practice and team management are also key aspects. You will support strategy development and deployment, drive organizational processes like capability building, and manage unfamiliar situations with adaptability. Leading consultant teams, assigning resources optimally, and providing constructive feedback for professional development are crucial responsibilities. Expertise is expected in areas like case for change, communication strategy, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessment.
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of at least 12 years in Transformational Change, Cultural Change, or ERP implementation. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree/Post Graduation Diploma in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Essential skills include an analytical mindset, MS Office proficiency, and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. The capacity to take initiative, interact effectively with all management levels, and think strategically is vital. Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, are necessary. This role requires extensive travel.
