As a Supervising Associate – Learning Deployment Specialist within our Talent function, you will drive the successful execution and ongoing enhancement of learning programs. Lead the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality execution. Oversee program planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate effective program delivery. Confidently lead meetings and working sessions, providing clear, decision-supportive updates.

Manage learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience. Utilize data and insights to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

Design and implement impactful learning solutions based on adult learning principles and best practices, prioritizing business relevance and program effectiveness. Contribute to continuous improvement by scaling efficient workflows and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the team. Work effectively with distributed teams across time zones, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication.

Possess strong program and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities and meeting demanding deadlines. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and senior leaders.

Demonstrate robust stakeholder management skills and confidence in collaborating across teams, functions, and geographies. Apply sound judgment and problem-solving abilities, comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

Showcase strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Maintain a proactive, self-starting mindset focused on continuous improvement. Exhibit intermediate to advanced proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools such as SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Have a demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to boost learning design, delivery efficiency, and the overall learner experience. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field is required. Experience in learning, professional services, corporate environments, international teams, and end-to-end project/program management is highly valued.
