Key duties include acting as incident manager during active events, driving critical escalations with urgency, keeping stakeholders informed, and providing clear, concise briefs for senior leadership.
Further responsibilities involve owning the response for assigned incidents by defining scope and success criteria, proactively mitigating risks, and driving cases to closure within SLAs. You will also establish incident rooms, triage, classify, and coordinate responses under pressure using established matrices. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to understand system architecture and design trade-offs is crucial for ensuring remediation meets performance and operational standards.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in driving cross-functional programs, coupled with excellent program management, technical problem-solving, and communication skills. A comfort level operating at a technical depth with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. The ideal candidate understands systems and trade-offs to facilitate sound decision-making, can derive insights from complex data, and craft clear business documents.

Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules is also necessary. Familiarity with roadmap strategy and definition is a key requirement.
