In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, developing robust frameworks to support Treasury initiatives with both new and existing partners. You will lead all phases of new investments, from due diligence and process design to project management and operationalization, ensuring seamless integration into the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include creating detailed supporting documents and concise presentations to quantify investment impact, providing management with actionable recommendations. Furthermore, you will architect AI-first solutions and tools to enhance investment capabilities, collaborating with Cloud and partnership teams to leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for cutting-edge financial innovation. Advocating AI and automation best practices within Treasury, you will proactively research emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in departmental standards and practices.

To excel in this position, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience, is required. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, investment banking, or a management consulting role is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 4 years of experience in software development, quantitative analytics, or data science within treasury, portfolio management, investment, or a related financial markets domain. Proficiency in data processing, management, and programming in languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or C++ is highly advantageous. The ability to work autonomously in an unstructured environment, manage ambiguity, and quickly learn and apply new skills is crucial. Strong investigative abilities, impeccable business judgment, and effective communication with management are also key attributes for success.
