We are looking for a dynamic Transport / Logistics Transformation Consultant to drive innovation and excellence in logistics operations and supply chain functions for leading organizations.

This role focuses on leveraging digital enablement and transformative strategies to optimize logistics costs, enhance processes, and design robust operating models. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for technology-led improvements across end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations.

Assess and optimize comprehensive logistics and transportation processes, including Road, Ocean, and Multimodal freight.

Conduct thorough analyses of freight costs, SPOT reduction, carrier performance, and transportation utilization.

Design and document current and future-state processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operating models, and governance frameworks.

Analyze key logistics KPIs such as Fill Rate, Tender Response, Planning On-Time, On-Time Pickup, and On-Time Delivery.

Support the implementation and enhancement of transportation solutions like Blue Yonder (BY), JDA TMS, SAP MM, WMS, and Track & Trace platforms.

Lead process improvement initiatives to boost planning effectiveness, warehouse slot utilization, and shipment visibility.

Facilitate critical activities including workshops, Fit-Gap Analysis, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder reviews, and solution validation.

Provide support during logistics transitions, knowledge transfer, hypercare, ramp-up, and operational stabilization phases.

Develop insightful dashboards, performance reports, and actionable value-unlock recommendations using Power BI and advanced analytics tools.

Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, AI/ML, and continuous improvement within logistics operations.

A strong foundation in Logistics Operations, Transportation Management, Freight Management, Carrier Management, and Supply Chain Processes is essential.

Demonstrated experience in Transportation Planning, Track & Trace, Network Optimization, Logistics Governance, and Operating Model Design.

Understanding of transportation performance metrics, freight cost structures, shipment visibility, and process transformation methodologies is required.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications is a must.

Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, and data analytics solutions is highly desirable.

Expertise in key transportation and logistics platforms such as Blue Yonder (BY), JDA TMS, SAP MM, WMS, INTTRA, and Track & Trace solutions is preferred.

Exposure to automation, digital transformation, AI/ML use cases, and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Proficiency in communicating effectively with global clients and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships is key.

A Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

Lean Six Sigma or relevant Supply Chain / Logistics certifications are preferred. Industry certifications related to Transportation, Logistics, or Operations Management are desirable.
