This role is integral to managing one of the world's largest corporate transportation programs, focusing on delivering exceptional service. Our mission is to implement and manage cost-effective mobility strategies that align with Google's worldwide needs. This involves planning and operating services that ensure seamless commutes and foster employee well-being, contributing directly to Google's growth and employee experience.

Oversee transportation services across India, with additional responsibilities in APAC and EMEA. Collaborate closely with key vendor partners to elevate the employee commute experience and enable Google's continued growth.

Key duties include tracking program objectives, managing budgets, supervising daily transport operations, and directing project timelines. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Google's transport service offerings, providing regular progress updates to management.

Manage complex transport provider portfolios, emphasizing partnership and innovation. Drive service resilience and ensure exceptional employee satisfaction through data-driven insights and real-time feedback. Act as a crucial liaison between real estate and workplace services teams.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate employee transportation operations and services is essential.

Proven experience in developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification, is necessary. Experience in vendor management, program management, and safety/risk management is highly preferred.
