This role involves leading transportation services across India and contributing to operations in APAC and EMEA. You will be a vital collaborator within the global Transportation Team, fostering strong partnerships with key vendors to elevate the employee commute experience and facilitate Google's expansion.

Key duties include overseeing transportation services across India, with additional operational support in other Indian locations. You'll ensure consistent, efficient service delivery by adhering to strategic goals, managing financial operations, and nurturing vendor relationships.

Your focus will be on transforming the commuter journey into a seamless, highly reliable experience that boosts employee productivity and upholds Google's premium employee experience standards.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of transport providers, moving beyond basic oversight to actively cultivate partnerships that spur innovation and service resilience. Oversee transport operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring exceptional employee satisfaction and leveraging data-driven insights and real-time feedback to maintain leading sentiment scores.

Serve as the primary point of contact for various real estate and workplace services teams, including security and project executives. Provide necessary operational support to other programs in APAC and EMEA.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with 8 years of dedicated experience in corporate employee transportation operations and services. A proven track record in developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification, is essential.

Experience in vendor and program management, along with expertise in safety and risk management, is highly preferred for this role.

Exceptional communication skills are a must, enabling you to adeptly navigate projects and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
