As a key member of the team, you will manage and enhance transportation services across India and other APAC/EMEA regions. You will foster strong partnerships with key vendors to elevate the employee commute experience and enable Google's continued growth. This position involves tracking program objectives, managing budgets, supervising daily operations, and directing project timelines.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Google's transport services. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator, adept at managing complex projects and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Oversee transportation programs and initiatives in Bangalore and provide operational support across other Indian locations, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery.

Manage a diverse portfolio of transport providers through strategic partnerships, driving innovation and service resilience.

Ensure exceptional employee satisfaction by meticulously overseeing transport operations, utilizing data-driven insights and real-time feedback to maintain top-tier sentiment scores.

Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate and workplace services teams, including Security and Project Executive teams, and support operations in other APAC and EMEA locations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate employee transportation operations and services.

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification.

Preferred qualifications include experience in vendor and program management, as well as expertise in safety and risk management.
