You will lead transportation services across India and contribute to operations in APAC and EMEA. Collaborating closely with key vendor partners, you'll be essential in refining the commuter experience and enabling Google's expansion. Key responsibilities include tracking program progress, managing finances, supervising daily operations, and directing project timelines, while providing regular updates to management on performance and challenges. Designing and managing Google's transport service offerings is central to this position. An outstanding communicator adept at stakeholder collaboration is a must.

Spearhead transportation programs and initiatives for Bangalore, providing operational support for other Indian locations. Ensure consistent, efficient service delivery by adhering to strategic goals, managing financial operations, and fostering strong vendor partnerships.

Serve as the main point of contact for various real estate and workplace services teams, including security and project executives. Offer support to other program operations in APAC and EMEA as needed.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate employee transportation operations and services is essential.

Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, including capital budget justification, is necessary.

Experience in vendor and program management is highly valued.

Familiarity with safety and risk management principles is preferred.
