Lead a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including transformation-led, lift-and-shift, incumbent vendor, and BTO models. Develop seamless implementation plans in collaboration with Transformation teams, ensuring Day 1 initiatives are executed flawlessly.

Establish robust program governance at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, adhering to established methodologies. Deliver high-quality transitions within time, cost, and quality parameters, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.

Oversee complex, large-scale, multi-country, and multi-tower rollouts involving significant scope and FTEs. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and ramp-up, demonstrating strong business process understanding and expertise in KT methodologies. Provide comprehensive status reporting and manage escalations for seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.

We are looking for accomplished professionals with over 20 years of experience in Business Process Transitions, demonstrating excellence in project management and P&L growth through sales and execution. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with an MBA being a strong preference.

Possess independent, proven experience managing large-scale transitions, including transformation and standardization initiatives with 200+ FTEs. Strong expertise in business process solutions, transition design, and execution is essential.

Exhibit exceptional leadership and talent development skills, with proficiency in proactive risk management and problem-solving to ensure successful project outcomes. Experience in leading complex programs and projects, with specialization in at least one industry domain, is required.
