Lead comprehensive transition initiatives, including meticulous KT planning and flawless execution. Facilitate seamless coordination between internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery of transition objectives. Provide regular, clear progress reports on transition activities to all stakeholders. Manage transition budgets effectively and contribute to RFP responses from a solutioning standpoint. Be prepared to travel for client and vendor engagements as required.

We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of experience in managing end-to-end transitions for small to mid-sized projects. Essential expertise includes KT planning, effective stakeholder coordination, diligent financial tracking, and proficient RFP solutioning. Candidates must possess strong communication, presentation, and risk management capabilities. Application transition experience is mandatory.
