Join Capgemini Invent as a Transformation Program Manager and lead impactful enterprise-wide transformations. This role focuses on end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, operating model evolution, and digital/data platform implementation. You will be accountable for measurable business outcomes, ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working.

As a key leader, you will engage directly with CXO groups, providing clear communication and strategic guidance. You'll shape programs by developing roadmaps and business cases, ensuring value realization. Manage multi-vendor ecosystems, overseeing RFPs, SOWs, and performance metrics to ensure seamless collaboration and outcome delivery.

Define and track adoption metrics post-deployment, focusing on usage, compliance, and cost efficiencies. Implement robust governance and financial controls, managing budgets and ensuring auditable decision trails. Lead programs through complex challenges, demonstrating resilience and effective recovery strategies.

Candidates should possess 14-20 years of overall experience, with a proven track record of personally leading at least two large-scale enterprise transformation programs (₹100 crore+ value, 18-36 months duration). Experience managing five or more concurrent delivery partners, including commercial and performance oversight, is essential.

Demonstrated sustained exposure to CXO and board-level forums, along with experience delivering across diverse cultural and geographical landscapes, is required. Your scope should extend beyond IT to encompass process, organizational, commercial, and behavioral change, with clear accountability for specific business metrics and evidence of delivered results.
