As a Delivery Executive, you will oversee a specific engagement or domain within a larger account, acting as the primary point of contact for critical business initiatives. This role involves adept stakeholder management and clear communication with clients, cultivating robust relationships with key IT stakeholders. You will be responsible for proactively managing risks and client relationships, serving as the initial escalation point for the Engagement Manager both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include ensuring overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing effective governance structures, and maintaining accurate reporting. The Delivery Executive will lead commercial management efforts, participate in contract negotiations, and actively seek opportunities to expand Capgemini's client footprint by identifying and driving new business opportunities.
