Join our Group Tax function to bolster global Transfer Pricing (TP) compliance. This critical role focuses on developing and managing Transfer Pricing Local File documentation.

You'll collaborate extensively with international tax, finance, and business teams. The primary objective is to gather, analyze, and transform financial and operational data into high-quality, audit-ready Local Files, utilizing a standardized template-driven framework.

Lead the comprehensive creation of Transfer Pricing Local Files across various countries, adhering to a consistent template approach.

Articulate financial data, functional insights, and intercompany agreements into clear, technically sound TP documentation.

Ensure alignment with the Group's TP policy, OECD guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update benchmarking data, comparables, and supporting information as needed.

Oversee the annual Local File cycle, managing timelines, stakeholder contributions, and quality assurance processes.

A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing is essential, ideally gained within a Big Four firm or a multinational corporate setting.

Demonstrated proficiency in drafting Transfer Pricing Local Files and employing template-driven documentation methods is required.

You should possess a strong ability to interpret financial data and construct functional analyses.

A solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and various intercompany transaction types (e.g., services, royalties, distribution) is crucial.

Prior experience with global or multi-jurisdictional TP documentation projects is highly valued.
