Join our Group Tax function as a Transfer Pricing Analyst, playing a vital role in global Transfer Pricing (TP) compliance. This position is primarily responsible for preparing and managing Transfer Pricing Local File documentation, ensuring adherence to international standards and company policies.

You will collaborate closely with global tax, finance, and business teams. Your work will involve collecting, analyzing, and transforming financial and operational data into high-quality, audit-ready documentation using a standardized template approach.

Lead the complete lifecycle of Transfer Pricing Local File preparation across various jurisdictions, utilizing a standardized template methodology. Translate complex financial data, functional inputs, and intercompany agreements into clear, technically sound TP documentation, ensuring alignment with Group TP policy, OECD guidelines, and local regulations.

Maintain and update crucial benchmarking references and supporting data. Coordinate the annual Local File process, managing timelines, gathering stakeholder input, and conducting thorough quality reviews. You will also be responsible for gathering essential financial and operational data, analyzing entity profitability, and performing variance analysis to support TP narratives.

A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing is essential, ideally gained within a Big Four firm or a multinational corporate setting. You should possess proven experience in drafting Transfer Pricing Local Files and working with template-driven documentation approaches. A strong ability to interpret financial data and prepare functional analyses is required.

Demonstrated understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and various intercompany transaction types (e.g., services, royalties, distribution) is crucial. Experience with global or multi-jurisdictional TP documentation projects is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency for financial analysis, and the ability to transform data into structured narrative documentation are key technical competencies for this role.
