A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex products is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, and REST APIs are necessary. Experience with both NoSQL and Relational databases, along with comfort in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), is expected. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting, are vital.
