Define TrakSYS MES architecture, implementation methodology, and governance framework. Design and implement key manufacturing capabilities such as Production Execution, Batch and Recipe Management, OEE, and Quality Management. Architect seamless integrations with ERP, WMS, QMS, LIMS, EAM, PLCs, SCADA systems, and various shopfloor technologies. Drive digital manufacturing transformation initiatives and support enterprise-wide MES adoption across diverse manufacturing processes.

We seek individuals with 12-15 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing, possessing strong expertise in TrakSYS MES Architecture and Development. Proven success in end-to-end MES implementations within Hybrid Manufacturing environments is mandatory. Essential skills include expertise in Production Execution, OEE, Quality Management, Genealogy, Recipe Management, Material Tracking, and integrating with systems like ERP, WMS, QMS, LIMS, EAM, PLC/SCADA, and Historians. Familiarity with OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, Multi-Site Rollouts, and ISA-88/ISA-95 standards is crucial.
