Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions covering Language, Voice, and Accent, as well as Soft Skills for both voice and non-voice teams. Support business objectives through daily audits of voice, email, and chat interactions, working closely with teams and stakeholders.

Track and report on training and project effectiveness to measure impact and identify areas for enhancement. Participate in the interviewing process for new hires to ensure the selection of high-potential candidates.

Maintain regular contact with floor staff and trainees to monitor progress and facilitate skill development, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Voice and Accent Training Delivery is required, demonstrating excellent communication abilities (CEFR C1 level).

Strong facilitation skills are essential for delivering effective training sessions. Proficiency in coaching techniques and providing constructive feedback is also necessary.

Candidates must be proficient in MS Office tools and possess solid Instructional Design skills. Familiarity with Canadian culture, such as having lived in or worked in Canada, is a significant advantage for this role.
