NTT DATA Services is seeking a dynamic Training Senior Associate to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial in supporting our US Health Plan clients by managing end-to-end claims administration services. Our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team leverages advanced processes and technologies to drive transformation, streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance cash flow for our clients.

As a Training Senior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering monthly Language, Voice, and Accent classroom and virtual training sessions. You will actively support business operations through daily call monitoring and floor activities, working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

Key duties include reporting and tracking training effectiveness, participating in the interviewing of new hires, and providing regular coaching, feedback, and communication-based projects to trainees to foster continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will possess strong Communication Skills with proven experience in Voice and Accent Training Delivery and excellent Facilitation/Training capabilities. Proficiency in Coaching and Feedback techniques is essential.

Furthermore, candidates must be adept at using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for training materials and reporting. Experience in Content Development is also a key requirement for this role. While not mandatory, Instructional Design skills are considered a valuable asset.
