The Technology Risk team is seeking a specialist with extensive knowledge in ERP platforms, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), emerging AI technologies, and digital transformation. This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive risk assurance, advisory, and transformation services to a worldwide clientele. You will guide organizations through complex transformational programs, including ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and the integration of novel AI technologies, leveraging a blend of business insight, technical acumen, and risk management expertise. Fostering innovation, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to high-performing, collaborative teams are key aspects of this position.

Execute engagements spanning Technology Risk, IT Audit, ERP transformation Risk, and AI/ML Assurance. Provide expert risk and control advisory services for leading ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP ECC/S4Hana, Microsoft Dynamics, and Workday, along with other enterprise applications. Critically evaluate ERP security, access management, segregation of duties (SoD), configuration management, and essential business process controls. Conduct thorough risk assessments and rigorously test IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), interface controls, security controls, and business process controls. Support Pre or Post-Implementation Assessments (PIA), system implementation projects, migration assessments, SDLC reviews, and data conversion testing.

Assess governance, risk, control, security, privacy, and compliance implications for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Contribute to AI assurance initiatives, including AI governance reviews, AI PIA assessments, model risk management frameworks, and responsible AI evaluations.

A strong foundation in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, ERP Controls, or Technology Assurance is essential. Practical experience with SAP (ECC/S4HANA), Oracle EBS/Fusion, or other significant ERP systems is required. A deep understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), encompassing User Access Management, Change Management, Job Monitoring, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Sensitive Access (SA) analysis, is crucial. Proficiency in IT Application Controls (ITACs) for configuration testing across core business processes like Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Fixed Assets is necessary. Experience in ERP implementation reviews, migration testing, control validation, and financial process controls is expected.

Familiarity with cloud security principles and platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is important, including expertise in IAM, PAM, RBAC, networking, encryption, logging, monitoring, resilience, backup, and disaster recovery. While not mandatory, a strong understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools, and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, or Python is highly advantageous. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, client management, and project management skills are paramount.
