Lead the end-to-end Total Rewards portfolio, including annual reward cycles, budgeting, and benchmarking. Design, conceptualize, and implement benefit frameworks and policies tailored to GDS cultural context.

Proactively partner with HR and business leaders to address compensation issues and champion the total compensation philosophy. Manage global solutioning projects, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology transformations within compensation and benefits functions.

A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, ideally at a Managerial level.

Essential skills include strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities, with a proven track record in planning, execution, and auditing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
