We are seeking a seasoned Semiconductor Transformation & Advisory Consultant to act as a key advisor for leading semiconductor firms. This role involves guiding clients through strategic, operational, and technology-driven transformations. Success requires a blend of profound semiconductor industry knowledge and robust consulting experience. You will advise senior leaders on emerging trends, business challenges, operating model enhancements, digital innovation, and growth prospects across the entire semiconductor value chain.

Provide deep insights into the semiconductor landscape, encompassing design, manufacturing, foundries, OSATs, equipment, and supply chain ecosystems. Advise clients on critical trends like AI's impact on chip demand, advanced packaging, chiplets, supply chain resilience, and manufacturing modernization.

Develop strategic transformation roadmaps and target operating models that align with business objectives, demonstrating a strong grasp of semiconductor product lifecycles, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market functions. Facilitate alignment among executive sponsors, functional leaders, and ecosystem partners within semiconductor organizations.

Assess maturity levels in processes, technology, data, organization, and operations across semiconductor value chains, comparing against industry benchmarks to identify transformation opportunities. Define key value drivers, KPIs, and benefits realization frameworks focused on enhancing engineering productivity, manufacturing efficiency, supply chain resilience, innovation, and overall business growth.

Lead executive workshops, translating complex semiconductor business and technology issues into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. Apply knowledge of semiconductor quality, risk, compliance, and operational controls to support transformation initiatives and governance structures. Advise clients on leveraging data, AI, Industry 4.0, and digital technologies to boost semiconductor operations and business performance.

Orchestrate large-scale transformation programs within semiconductor enterprises, integrating product-centric delivery, agile methodologies, and PMO best practices. Drive organizational change, stakeholder buy-in, and workforce adoption to successfully implement these programs. Utilize expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem to inform sourcing and alliance strategies. Contribute industry insight to proposition development, client pursuits, and thought leadership.

A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience within the semiconductor industry or in consulting roles serving semiconductor clients is required. Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of semiconductor business models, product lifecycles, manufacturing operations, supply chains, and evolving technology trends. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and a proven history of successfully driving transformation and growth initiatives in the semiconductor sector are essential. A track record of leading substantial transformation programs, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also expected.
