We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Spotfire Administrator to manage and maintain our Spotfire environments. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of the TIBCO Spotfire platform.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of BI platforms and data integration, with a proven track record in administrative and operational support. The position requires close collaboration with various IT and business teams to uphold a stable and governed analytics environment.

Administering core Spotfire components including Server, Web Player, Node Manager, Analyst, and Automation Services. Managing user accounts, group memberships, licenses, roles, and library permissions to control access. Configuring and supporting security features like SSO, Active Directory/LDAP, SAML, and SSL certificates. Maintaining Spotfire Library content, data connections, Information Links, and overall environment configurations. Monitoring the health, availability, and performance of the platform, including CPU, memory, logs, and Web Player responsiveness. Troubleshooting production incidents, connectivity issues, failed jobs, and performance bottlenecks. Integrating Spotfire with enterprise data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks. Supporting platform upgrades, patches, migrations, deployments, backups, and disaster recovery. Automating administrative and monitoring tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Python, or REST APIs.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in administering TIBCO Spotfire Server, Web Player, Node Manager, Analyst, and Automation Services.

Experience with user and license management, security configurations (SSO, AD/LDAP, SAML, SSL), and platform monitoring.

Familiarity with Life Sciences data models and standards is beneficial.

Integration experience with enterprise data sources and ETL tools is a plus. Prior experience with AWS Glue, Informatica, Databricks, or Power BI would be advantageous.
