Develop robust integrations using TIBCO EMS, JMS, XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT. Build seamless interfaces between enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. Troubleshoot production issues, performing thorough root cause analysis and optimizing middleware performance for high availability.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to define requirements and architect effective solutions. Implement comprehensive exception handling, logging, security, and error management frameworks. Actively participate in code reviews and adhere to integration development best practices. Prepare detailed technical design documents, deployment guides, and essential support documentation.

A strong foundation in TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) is essential. Proficiency in SOAP & REST APIs, XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT, and JMS Messaging is required. Experience with TIBCO Administrator/TEA and relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL is also necessary.

Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected. Candidates should possess excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
