We are expanding our Global Delivery Services network and seeking a seasoned Functional Test Lead with deep expertise in Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) and transfer agency operations. As a Functional Test Lead, you will be instrumental in performing comprehensive functional testing for MFGI application modules. This includes validating investor transactions, AML/KYC workflows, static data management, fund configurations, NAV calculations, and various financial processes like dividend distribution and performance fee calculations. You will also test payment processing, tax calculations, and SWIFT messaging, ensuring end-to-end accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders is key, alongside documenting test results, raising defects, and mentoring staff. You'll lead status calls, Scrum meetings, and client interactions, while developing and implementing robust testing strategies and ensuring adherence to STLC processes. Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA is essential.

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 10 years of dedicated testing experience in the Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) application. A strong understanding of Transfer Agency business processes and requirements, along with knowledge of WAM and Capital Markets domains, is crucial. Proficiency in functional testing methodologies and tools, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, is expected. The ability to articulate concisely and clearly is a must. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and flexible with UK shift timings. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Science (M.Sc.) is required.
