Lead the testing function by defining robust test strategies and managing test teams to ensure the highest software quality for business-critical applications. Key responsibilities include performing functional testing of Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) modules, validating end-to-end investor transactions, and testing AML/KYC workflows. You will also test static data management, fund setups, NAV calculations, dividend processes, and payment functionalities. Collaboration with business analysts and developers, defect tracking, stakeholder management, and participation in status calls are essential. Developing and maintaining testing strategies, preparing test plans, and managing test execution within the STLC process are also critical aspects of this role.

A minimum of 10 to 15 years of testing experience with a strong focus on the Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) application is mandatory. You should possess deep functional expertise in MFGI modules and a thorough understanding of transfer agency operations, including areas like application setup, fund structures, onboarding, dealing, settlement, and fee calculations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Experience with test management tools like JIRA and familiarity with capital markets are essential. The ability to work flexibly, including UK shift timings, and a background in functional testing methodologies are expected. A BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. degree is required.
