Develop and execute comprehensive system test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate critical financial system enhancements. Perform end-to-end workflow testing, including loan drawdowns and financial transactions. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to define test scenarios. Execute system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT), diligently identifying and tracking defects.

Participate in crucial test reviews and sign-off processes. Ensure adherence to internal QA standards and regulatory compliance. Provide regular status updates and contribute to test reporting. This role requires adaptability to support various projects based on business needs.

A proven System Test Analyst with substantial experience in complex system upgrade or integration projects is required. Essential skills include a strong grasp of system testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, along with experience testing interfaces (file-based and API). Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and backend testing is a must.

Solid understanding of finance markets and financial instruments is necessary. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA is expected. Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments, exposure to automation testing tools, and relevant certifications are desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are key to success in this role.
