This role focuses on enhancing security implementation and integration through rigorous quality assurance within the Enterprise Security Program.

Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans, test strategies, and detailed test cases aligned with project requirements and risks. Perform thorough functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing across various project releases, ensuring clear traceability to requirements. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects to resolution, collaborating effectively with development teams. Conduct security-focused validation for security solutions and integrations, including negative scenarios and access control testing. Contribute to the development of automated tests, manage test data, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for increased efficiency. Adhere to established QA standards, maintain audit-ready documentation, and provide input for quality metrics and release decisions. Collaborate seamlessly with product, engineering, operations, information security, and vendor teams across global locations. Proactively identify areas for improvement, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of team practices.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical roles such as software development, application support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business analysis, operations, or testing. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret requirements, assess risks, and articulate findings precisely. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling confident collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Showcase exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and operate with autonomy. Maintain a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable outcomes.
