Lead project teams, overseeing all project activities from inception to completion. Spearhead status calls, Scrum meetings, and client engagements, ensuring timely distribution of Daily and Weekly Status Reports. Develop and implement robust testing strategies and processes, guaranteeing adherence and effectiveness. Plan testing efforts, estimate resources, define test strategies, gather and analyze requirements, and create comprehensive test scenarios and scripts. Execute test cases, meticulously report defects in tracking tools, and manage the defect lifecycle.

Utilize hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ALM. Gain working knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium and Playwright. Master API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or ReadyAPI. Possess thorough knowledge of Database and ETL testing. Demonstrate excellent communication skills for clear and concise articulation. Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance and availability standards are met.

This position requires flexibility to perform as an individual contributor and a Team Leader. Effectively manage resources to ensure on-time product delivery. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate software quality risks throughout the testing lifecycle. Contribute to process, solution, and project delivery by executing agreed activities, applying judgment, and selecting appropriate methodologies. Be accountable for meeting personal targets that impact the immediate team and may assist in coordinating junior colleagues.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering is essential, with a strong preference for candidates with domain expertise in Manufacturing, Power and Utilities, or Mining sectors. Experience working with products like Blue Yonder or other SCM products is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling concise and clear articulation of ideas and findings. Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure, are crucial. Competent technical skills are expected, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously. Robust organizational skills and the capability to meet tight deadlines are necessary. A genuine passion for working with technology will be a significant asset.
