As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in transforming testing practices, ensuring that developed solutions are reliable and meet the highest quality benchmarks. The position requires a proactive individual to manage testing activities within a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Independently perform duties and develop into a subject matter expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies. Continuously evaluate and enhance existing automation frameworks to boost efficiency and reliability. Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in automation. Monitor and analyze test results to pinpoint defects and areas for enhancement, ensuring timely resolution.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing is mandatory. A comprehensive understanding of automation frameworks and tools used in software testing is essential. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts supporting continuous integration and delivery. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts for seamless execution. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes. A requirement of 15 years of full-time education is also necessary for this role.
