Join our team as a Test Automation Engineer and drive quality through advanced automation practices. This role is pivotal in transforming testing processes, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing the integrity of our software solutions. You will lead the end-to-end quality engineering function, with a strong emphasis on automation to deliver robust and reliable products.

As a key player, you will own the testing lifecycle from preparation to execution and defect management. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within our projects.

Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive test scenarios, cases, and data, and ensuring full traceability. You'll execute various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.

Key duties involve validating complex Veeva CRM processes and Salesforce configurations, meticulously recording evidence, identifying and resolving defects, and supporting root-cause analysis. You will also be responsible for maintaining GxP and CSV documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting progress, risks, and results to the Test Lead. Supporting junior testers and contributing to automation optimization are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4-6 years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years focused on Veeva CRM within a life sciences context. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, alongside a solid understanding of quality processes and automation methodologies.

Essential skills include hands-on Veeva CRM testing, with familiarity in areas like accounts, calls, consent, CLM, and mobile/offline functionality. Experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and exposure to automation tools like Selenium or Tosca, are highly valued. A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, is crucial for success in this role.
