This role focuses on transforming testing products and solutions through the application of quality processes, automation tools, and established methodologies. It involves managing the end-to-end quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity.

The ideal candidate will excel in designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for Veeva CRM implementations, integrations, and releases within a regulated life sciences environment. Key responsibilities include test preparation, execution, defect investigation, generating validation evidence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. The position is dedicated to upholding quality, compliance, traceability, and release readiness for Veeva CRM programs.

- Develop detailed test scenarios, cases, and data, ensuring robust traceability. - Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and UAT testing. - Validate critical Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, and system integrations. - Document testing results meticulously, identify and report defects, perform retesting, and assist in root-cause analysis. - Maintain documentation adhering to GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit readiness standards. - Collaborate with business, development, validation, and support teams to effectively resolve issues. - Provide regular updates on progress, risks, blockers, and test results to the Test Lead. - Mentor junior testers, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to automation and regression optimization efforts. - Take ownership of test execution activities, prioritizing accuracy, risk awareness, and quality.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience, with a total of 4-6 years in software testing or quality engineering. - Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. - Strong understanding of accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and mobile/offline functionality within Veeva CRM. - Proficient in test analysis, design, execution, defect management, traceability, data validation, integration testing, and UAT support. - Skilled in writing clear test cases, querying data, validating interfaces, analyzing defects, and producing audit-ready evidence. - Experience utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and concepts such as GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, data integrity, and validation controls. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
