A minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation is required, with a specific emphasis on Playwright. Candidates should possess strong automation knowledge in Playwright and good automation skills in Selenium with Java. A solid understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, and integration testing, is essential. Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes, defect lifecycle, and defect management tools is expected. Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks is a key requirement. Proficiency in working within Agile methodologies and the ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish are crucial. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
