This position is integral to delivering high-quality software by focusing on end-to-end quality assurance and the strategic implementation of automation. You will play a critical role in transforming our testing capabilities and improving overall product quality.

Key responsibilities include analyzing requirements to develop precise test scenarios and cases, executing various testing types such as functional, integration, and regression, and validating Veeva CRM commercial processes. You will meticulously document test evidence, identify and report defects, and support root-cause analysis. Maintaining GxP compliance, CSV, and data integrity documentation is crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and reporting progress, risks, and test results are essential components of this role.

Additional duties involve supporting junior testers, contributing to peer reviews, optimizing regression suites, and developing reusable test assets. You will own test execution activities, emphasizing accuracy, risk awareness, and quality outcomes. Effective defect analysis, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement are expected.

We require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, coupled with 4–6 years of software testing experience, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in Veeva CRM testing. Essential skills include hands-on Veeva CRM testing within a life sciences context, with a good understanding of accounts, calls, consent, and related Veeva functionalities. Experience with test analysis, design, defect management, and traceability is vital.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM/Quality Center is beneficial, as is exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Cucumber. A solid grasp of Agile methodologies, GxP, CSV, and data integrity principles is expected. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are paramount for success in this role.
