As a seasoned Veeva CRM Tester, your daily activities will encompass designing and executing comprehensive testing for implementations, integrations, and releases within a strictly regulated life sciences environment. You will be instrumental in test preparation, execution, defect investigation, validation evidence generation, and ultimately, the delivery of superior quality outcomes. This position is dedicated to ensuring robust quality, compliance, traceability, and release readiness across all Veeva CRM initiatives, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting testing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation.

- Craft detailed test scenarios, cases, data, and traceability matrices based on requirement analysis. - Perform extensive functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Validate critical Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, and offline functionalities. - Document clear evidence, identify and report defects accurately, conduct retesting, and contribute to root-cause analysis. - Uphold GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready. - Collaborate with business, development, validation, and support teams to efficiently resolve identified issues. - Provide clear progress reports, highlight risks and blockers, and communicate test results to the Test Lead. - Mentor junior testers, participate in peer reviews, enhance automation scripts, optimize regression suites, and develop reusable testing assets. - Take ownership of test execution activities, prioritizing accuracy, risk awareness, and optimal quality outcomes. - Actively support defect analysis, foster collaboration, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Guarantee the timely completion of assigned testing tasks, accurate validation evidence, prompt issue identification and communication, and effective retesting cycles. - Deliver comprehensive test coverage, robust traceability, high-quality defect reporting, reduced escaped defects, and improved regression efficiency.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience, coupled with 4-6 years in software testing or quality engineering. - Expertise in Veeva CRM testing within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or life sciences context. - Solid understanding of key Veeva CRM functionalities: accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and mobile/offline capabilities. - Proven experience in test analysis, design, execution, defect management, traceability, data validation, integration testing, and UAT support. - Ability to author clear test cases, write SQL queries, validate interfaces, analyze defects, and generate audit-ready evidence. - Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr. - Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca is beneficial. - Knowledge of Agile delivery, GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, data integrity principles, and validation controls. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills. - High learning agility, proactive stakeholder engagement, and effective communication are essential. - Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud, CLM, Approved Email, Align, MyInsights, or iOS offline testing is highly desirable. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
