- Independently perform tasks and develop expertise in automation. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes. - Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and reliability. - Share knowledge and guide junior team members on automation best practices. - Monitor and analyze test results to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium and automated testing. - Proficiency in Selenium and automated testing tools is essential. - Familiarity with COBOL is a plus. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting. - Experience designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting automation failures. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
