This role focuses on enhancing testing products and solutions through the application of quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies. The Test Automation Engineer will lead the end-to-end quality engineering function, prioritizing automation to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity.

The position involves independently performing tasks and developing expertise, actively contributing to team discussions, and providing solutions to technical challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to identifying automation opportunities and implementing effective testing strategies. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of existing automation frameworks are expected to boost efficiency and reliability.

A solid understanding of automation frameworks and tools is necessary for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts that support continuous integration and delivery. The candidate should possess experience in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts and be well-versed in the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing is mandatory. This role requires a 15-year full-time educational background and is based in our Bengaluru office.
