As a dedicated Veeva CRM Senior Tester, your daily activities will revolve around meticulously designing and executing tests for implementations, integrations, and releases within the stringent life sciences sector. You will be instrumental in test preparation, execution, in-depth defect investigation, providing robust validation evidence, and ultimately delivering exceptional quality outcomes. The core focus is to guarantee quality, compliance, traceability, and readiness for all Veeva CRM programs, fostering collaboration across teams and advocating for continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation practices.

- Develop comprehensive test scenarios, cases, data, and traceability matrices based on requirement analysis. - Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Validate critical Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, and offline functionalities. - Document clear evidence, pinpoint and report defects, perform retesting, and contribute to root-cause analysis. - Ensure adherence to GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and maintain audit-ready documentation. - Collaborate effectively with business, development, validation, and support teams to resolve complex issues. - Provide clear progress reports, highlight risks, address blockers, and communicate test results to the Test Lead. - Mentor junior testers, participate in peer reviews, enhance automation, optimize regression suites, and develop reusable testing assets. - Take ownership of test execution activities, prioritizing accuracy, risk mitigation, and high-quality outcomes. - Support defect analysis, foster collaboration, ensure accountability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Guarantee timely completion of assigned testing tasks, delivery of validation evidence, prompt issue identification and communication, and effective retesting. - Achieve robust test coverage, maintain traceability, ensure defect quality, minimize escaped defects, and boost regression efficiency.

- Possess hands-on experience with Veeva CRM testing within a life sciences environment. - Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Salesforce is essential; ISTQB or Agile certification is a plus. - Experience testing Veeva CRM in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or related life sciences industries. - Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities including accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and mobile/offline capabilities. - Proven experience in test analysis, design, execution, defect management, traceability, data validation, integration testing, and UAT support. - Ability to author clear and concise test cases, query data effectively, validate interfaces, analyze defects systematically, and produce audit-ready documentation. - Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr. - Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca is beneficial. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, GxP, CSV, ALCOA+ principles, data integrity, and validation controls. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills. - Demonstrated learning agility, strong stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication. - Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud, CLM, Approved Email, Align, MyInsights, or iOS offline testing is highly desirable. - Exposure to API, database, automation, performance, accessibility, and security testing is preferred.
