As a Senior Tester with a focus on Veeva CRM, you will be instrumental in designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for implementations, integrations, and releases within regulated life sciences settings. Your responsibilities will span test preparation, meticulous execution, in-depth defect investigation, thorough validation evidence collection, and the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. This position is key to ensuring quality, compliance, traceability, and readiness for Veeva CRM programs, fostering collaboration across teams and championing continuous improvement in testing processes and automation.

- Craft detailed test scenarios, cases, data, and traceability matrices based on requirement analysis. - Conduct diverse testing including functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Validate core Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, associated integrations, and offline functionalities. - Document test evidence clearly, identify and report defects promptly, perform retesting, and contribute to root-cause analysis. - Uphold GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit-ready documentation standards. - Collaborate with business, development, validation, and support teams to efficiently resolve identified issues. - Provide regular progress reports, highlight risks and blockers, and communicate test results to the Test Lead. - Mentor junior testers, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to automation and regression optimization efforts, developing reusable testing assets.

- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Veeva CRM testing within a life sciences environment. - Possess good knowledge of key Veeva CRM functionalities like accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and mobile/offline features. - Proven ability to write clear test cases, query data effectively, validate interfaces, analyze defects, and generate audit-ready evidence. - Experience utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr for defect and test management. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, GxP, CSV, ALCOA+ principles, data integrity, and validation controls. - Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills. - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required. - Minimum of 2 years of dedicated Veeva CRM testing experience is mandatory, alongside 4-6 years of overall software testing or quality engineering experience.
