Drive the evolution of testing products and solutions by applying robust quality processes, advanced automation tools, and effective methodologies. This role leads the end-to-end quality engineering function, prioritizing automation to significantly enhance control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will independently manage tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert. Your contributions will be vital in team discussions and in providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Excel independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies. - Continuously evaluate and enhance existing automation frameworks for improved efficiency and reliability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in automation.

- Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in Automated Testing. - Proficiency in Automated Testing is a mandatory skill. - Experience with Python (Programming Language) is considered a valuable asset. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools essential for software testing. - Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts supporting continuous integration and delivery. - Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts for seamless execution. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes is expected.
