We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to drive our testing products and solutions forward. This role involves managing the entire quality engineering function, with a significant emphasis on automation, to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. You will be instrumental in transforming testing processes through the application of quality principles and advanced automation tools.

Drive end-to-end quality engineering with a strong focus on automation. Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and reliability. Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior team members on automation best practices. Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to complex problems.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy is mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing robust, end-to-end automated test suites. Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing workflows. Understanding of software development lifecycle and core quality assurance principles. A foundational educational background typically requiring 15 years of full-time education is expected.
