Capgemini
Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking an AI Ops Architect to drive the evolution of telecom networks towards autonomous operations. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI and agentic tooling to enhance network observability, event correlation, and automated remediation.
Join a dynamic team focused on innovation, where you'll contribute to projects ranging from autonomous vehicles to life-saving robotics. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and enjoy a career where no two days are the same.
Design and implement comprehensive AI-driven operations capabilities for telecom RAN and Core networks. This includes developing AIOps architecture for data ingestion, correlation, ML-based anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
Define observability strategies across logs, metrics, traces, and events, integrating the latest AIOps, GenAI, and agentic tooling. Build and configure correlation engines, ML models, and automation workflows for fault detection, RCA, and predictive maintenance.
Develop closed-loop, self-healing remediation workflows to advance network autonomy and minimize manual intervention. Design and manage alarm/event management processes, ensuring seamless integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Remedy, including CMDB linkage.
Integrate AIOps platforms with telco EMS/NMS, OSS/inventory, and ITSM systems. Support production environments by tuning rules, retraining ML models, and improving RCA accuracy in collaboration with NOC and L1-L3 teams. Define and report AIOps KPIs and contribute to presales activities.
A proven track record in designing and implementing AI-driven operations for telecom networks, with 10-20 years of experience. Expertise in AIOps, observability, event correlation, anomaly detection, and automated remediation is essential.
Familiarity with AIOps platforms, including Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, Datadog, Moogsoft, BigPanda, or ScienceLogic SL1, is required. Experience with ITSM integration, particularly ServiceNow AIOps, Netcool, or BMC Helix, is also critical.
Strong understanding of network domains (RAN, Core, Transport) and experience with automation tools like Ansible is necessary. The ability to define and track AIOps KPIs and contribute to presales efforts is a key aspect of this role.
