As an SAP Team Manager, you will provide day-to-day application management support, overseeing incident management, service requests, enhancements, and problem management. You'll lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include coordinating the resolution of complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on SAP solutions.

You will also develop and maintain essential documentation, mentor junior team members, and stay updated on industry trends and SAP best practices. The role requires participation in on-call rotations and potentially shift work to ensure system availability and reliability for global clients across various time zones.

We are seeking candidates with 8-10 years of experience in SAP functional areas, preferably with global client exposure. A Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience is essential.

Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, coupled with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive technical discussions, and successfully implement solutions in complex environments, is crucial. Strong client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, alongside excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in setting up, growing, and transforming application management teams is highly valued.
