Provide comprehensive functional support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) across various regions for global clients. Address incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate closely with users and support teams to resolve issues and manage change requests effectively. Understand business needs to deliver solutions that enhance invoice automation, streamline approval workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include defect analysis, cross-functional communication in offshore/onsite models, and demonstrating the ability to work independently in a time-critical environment. You will also be involved in decision-making, process optimization, and potentially overseeing team tasks for effective execution.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com), along with an MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA/CMA, or equivalent professional experience is required. We are seeking candidates with 3-7 years of experience in SAP OpenText VIM implementation or Application Management Services (AMS) support, ideally with exposure to global clients.

Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of SAP OpenText VIM components (ICC, Document Processing, Approval Workflows, Exception Handling), SAP FI/MM integration points (Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, Vendor Master Data), and workflow troubleshooting. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and VIM migration projects is beneficial. SAP/OpenText VIM Certification is preferred.
