Join EY GDS as an SAP MM & ARIBA Senior Consultant, contributing to our TechOps team. You will provide crucial functional support for SAP Sourcing and Procurement to global clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and optimize designs. Deliver daily Application Management support for SAP systems, encompassing service requests, incident resolution, enhancements, changes, and problem management as a Level 2 or 3 Specialist. Lead complex technical issue resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and advise on SAP MM and ARIBA solutions. Develop and maintain essential documentation, including configuration guides and test scripts. Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices. Stay current with industry trends and SAP best practices to drive efficiency through automation and innovation. Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support to ensure critical SAP system availability.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess 3-7 years of experience in SAP Material Management and/or ARIBA, ideally with global clients. You will be responsible for supporting SAP MM module and ARIBA incidents, minimizing operational disruptions. This includes analyzing user-raised incidents and providing effective solutions. Close collaboration with customers and teams is essential to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues and requests.

Handle change requests by thoroughly understanding new business requirements and delivering solutions that enhance process efficiency and simplicity. Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience in offshore/onsite models are vital. Proficiency in defect resolution and analysis for MM and ARIBA is expected. The ability to work independently in a time-critical environment is crucial, alongside excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for effective teamwork in a global, cross-functional setting. Flexibility in managing work hours, including shifts and on-call duties for critical business needs, is also required.
