You will lead the management and coordination of various SAP functional modules and IT governance within our support organization.

Spearhead the setup and management of a team of SAP and Non-SAP support analysts covering FICO, MM, SD, PP, EPPM, Basis, MDM, and integration functions. Ensure seamless operations, alignment with organizational goals, develop policies, procedures, and KPIs, and drive innovation. Your scope includes L1, L2, L3 support, WRICEFs, Release management, system monitoring, and integration platform support. Strong FICO hands-on experience and SAP on RISE experience are essential, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field is required, coupled with 10-15 years of relevant experience. You should possess advanced knowledge in SAP Finance and demonstrate strong team leadership, communication, and client service skills. Ideally, you will have at least 7 years of experience in leading diverse teams and managing 3-4 Managed Services or Application Support Engagements. Expertise in Incident, Service Request, Change Request, Release Management, OCM, and Problem Management is crucial. Minimum 7-10 years of experience with specific SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PM, PS, ABAP, Basis) or as an Integration Lead/Project Manager is necessary. ITIL certification is a must.
